In Tonga May is the month of family. The first Sunday of May
is called Fakame and it is to celebrate the children. The children spend the
weeks leading up to Fakeme practicing hymns, action songs, skits, and bible
verses. The children then led the church service (except for the actual
sermon). Then in the afternoon the kids do their action songs and skits. It was
such a fun thing to be a part of in my community!
